Eldrazi sideboard suggestions welcome... Haven't played against it yet but I've heard my meta (average 8-10 players) has two people with the black version already. Worthy of 3-4 SB slots IMHO.

Leyline of Sanctity would be good from what I've read. Witchbane Orb or Aegis of the Gods are much cheaper substitutes.

Thanks for the suggestions, something to consider. I am leaning more towards shutting down Eldrazi Mimics and Gut Shot might get me in the right direction.

Thanks for the suggestions. I'm glad you like the deck, I'm flattered.

Sideboard changes: Gut Shot, and Autum's Veil. If you are playing in an Eldrazi heavy meta, I'd suggest more trample effects and a little lighter on Apostles Blessing as the protection doesn't work on colorless.

Hooooooly crap. I looked through this and was like, "Oh, yeah, this is cool. It's alright. I like it," but then I saw that this was $60...AND the CMC was 2.29....which was way lower than I thought.
I don't like green that much, but this definitely makes an exception for me. Good job!

Thx man, this is kinda my baby. It's pretty hard to come up with something origional in the world of MTG. I'm sure it's been done before though. It's actually pretty consistent and super fun to pull off the combo. People aren't even mad when it happens cuz it's so jank.

It's definitely difficult to be original and competitive, especially in Modern. I think you did a pretty good job with this one, and regardless on whether it is or isn't original, if you like it then that's all that matters! Haha.

From what I see since u getting infinite pumps I'm assuming Predator's Strike is just for the trample effect if that the case I'd suggest this card since it lower cmc Unnatural Predation

Thanks for the recommendation! One cmc for trample is nice, I will consider it. +3/3 save against bolts however...

So I ran this last night at modern.2-1 (Hardened Humans),1-2 (Affinity),1-2 (Abzan)I made two major misplays. I can't guarantee I would have won but they were stupid. Current list reflects the changes I wil be making. Deck makes mana like crazy but I felt lacking in win cons when I missed the combo. I feel a move in the direction of midrange stall/aggro gives us that extra turn or two to drop the combo but still has some meat to put up a good ground game.

Less budget build idea. Still play testing I'm open to suggestion.

Nice combo for a budget deck!
Why not Unnatural Predation over Predator's Strike?

Thanks for comment. As per Predators Strike basically it's to dodge Bolt, but you can also cast it on Viridian Joiner and actually net 2 mana. The biggest key to this deck is keeping the dorks alive.

I like this deck. Sometimes through play testing I would would end up with the combo, and other times with nothing until late. As a thought, do you think Lifecrafter's Bestiary would fit well? It doesn't break budget, can come out earlier than Harmonize, gives a persistent effect, and synergies well with the small creatures.

Hey there thanks for the suggestion. I'll try and pick some up. I would actually consider running some Ancient Stirrings to further dig the combo out but drop harmonize now that we have another target. Should work.

Just checked TCG lows, and found $100 is hard to get, let alone $30

So I guess I will start with are you still trying to keep this a budget deck and if so, what kind of $$ are you willing to invest in it?

I play it as is except for Omnath as I don’t have them but will probably eventually. If u are looking to win at FNM this deck can hang and it’s fun to steal some wins but it’s pretty easy to hate out on a more competitive level.

Awesome suggestion! I'll play test.
