This is a fun deck, that also happens to be the second Magic deck I ever built. ( I've modified it a lot since then.) It's suprisingly competitive for only costing around forty bucks. Here's a quick overview of how to play the deck and what each card does.

Pack Rat is the main focus of the deck, just play it and start creating tokens as quickly as possible.

Typhoid Rats, Drainpipe Vermin, and Rancid Rats are just extra rats to play and make your Pack Rat tokens bigger, or to hold off your opponent until you draw Pack Rat.

Piper of the Swarm and Ogre Slumlord both help support your rats, and tokens made with Ogre Slumlord help grow your Pack Rats.

Witch's Cottage can be used to bring back Pack Rat if it dies to early.

Beseech the Queen tutors for Pack Rat, and Rite of Consumption can finish of your opponent if they have lots of blockers.

In my sideboard, Go for the Throat can be used against especially deadly or annoying creatures, and Cling to Dust is usefull against graveyard recursion. Pithing Needle works against most infinite combos.

Another way to win is to use Pack Rats ability to discard Reiver Demon, and then use Victimize to put it on the battlefield and destroy your opponent. This obviously won't work against black decks or artifact decks, so if your playing a black deck, use in razorjaw oni instead of Reiver Demon. It doesn't matter if your rats can't block because you can probably kill them before the end of the turn.

That's about it, if you have any suggestions, questions, or comments, feel free to comment below! (I sound like a youtuber now don't I)
