Name black and exile their lands with Devout Lightcaster, Display of Dominance, and Celestial Purge. Nuke creatures and block at will.

Name blue and counter with Gainsay.

Name either and let Persecute trash their hand.

Name both and let Soldier of the Pantheon reap in the life.

Dawn Charm and Simic Charm in there to protect Painter's Servant, Scuttlemutt in there for added ramp or helping with colors if Painter's Servant doesn't want to come out to play.
