Curse of the Swine is amazing with the Thaumaturge

Thousand Winds looks like it wants to be in this deck

I thought about Thousand Winds and I playtested around with it, but 7 mana to morph it is just way too high. I think if I want a cantrip-y way to blow out a game I would be using the Jeskai Ascendancy + Astral Cornucopia + Retraction Helix combo. Though if there is a deck for thousand Winds, it would be the one that uses Icy Blast and Glimpse the sund god lol.

I suggest Military Intelligence instead of Bident of Thassa ... purely because the Military Intelligence triggers Chasm Skulker BEFORE damage...

That's true, and maybe with a little more playtesting I may find that it's the better option. But right now, in theory, I should be getting many triggers off of Bident of Thassa with all of the "tap" cards that I have. I think Bident of Thassa works well with Mantis Rider , too. Even if I can't tap the opponent's creatures I can still attack and block with him so it's a free card. I don't think that Chasm Skulker is in enough danger when attacking, so I think I can can beef him up a lot faster with Bident of Thassa . Thanks for the suggestion!

I appreciate anyone's attempts to abuse the Thaumaturge. Here are my favorites, not including the ones you are using, which I also like: Launch the Fleet , Cone of Flame , Dauntless Onslaught , Lightning Strike (becomes Lightning Bolt , heh), Turn to Frog , Into the Void , and I also second Curse of the Swine . Have fun at the circus of value!

Thanks for the suggestions! I've been wanting to pull off a 2 mana Cone of Flame for a while, but I just don't think it's worth spending a turn to cast if I don't have Battlefield Thaumaturge out. I've messed around with Into the Void , but it just comes up a little short at sorcery speed. I must have glanced over Dauntless Onslaught , that's pretty sick for this deck. I'll probably add a detailed description of the deck tonight and maybe I can explain why I'm opting out of most of those cards you listed.

The ferocious on Icy Blast seems hard to trigger.

That's true. It requires either an active Thassa or a Jeskai Ascendancy + Mantis Rider. I've thought about running Chasm Skulker which might make it easier to pull off, but I don't want to be running any more creatures and I think Mantis Rider is better. The ferocious isn't necessary, though it is very helpful.
