Turns out, five-color can work in PDH.

This deck uses Paragon of the Amesha as it's commander. For {W}{U}{B}{R}{G}, you can give it +3/+3, flying, and lifelink. And it already has first strike.

In order to reliably activate it's ability, almost all the ramp in the deck is also color-fixing. You can search for dual lands with relevant basic land types or cast cheap creatures and artifacts that add more than one color or any color.

As a result, not only should you be able to have the colors you need, but you should also be able to ramp hard. So the other component of the deck is a selection of big creatures to reanimate or hard cast, rounding out the Voltron plan A with a ramp/reanimate plan B.
