So, the main idea is everything that is good about blue/black. Primarily Mill, with some removal and counters thrown in for fun. I am fairly new to Magic, so I would LOVE some recommendations as to how it could be improved. That being said, I can't justify to myself spending more than $10 on a single card. Therefore, comments like "you need 4 Snapcaster Mages" aren't going to be the most helpful. Thanks so much, and I appreciate your feedback!
