This deck went from my regular, no theme Gruul deck to my Xenagos deck upon the release of Theros. You know what it's all about, getting Xenagos out and dropping him, bringing all of my stompy friends to the party. Some of these creatures are so-so, and some have serious drawbacks to be considered ( Zhur-Taa Ancient anybody?) There are some cool ones, I do like Deus of Calamity and Rubblehulk . Let me know any thoughts you might have, and your opinions on some of these drawback cards (Ruric Thar, the Unbowed is another good example). With some slight tweaks, this deck could be modern legal, but I'm not sure if it could hold its own with what's present.
