Anyone who knows Xenagos knows that he likes to either go big or go home (quite literally - his apotheosis was something to behold). Why should this combo deck be any different? Sure, it's all or nothing - but the "all" bit is pretty damn spectacular.

The combo's fairly simple:

Turn 1: Green land, tap to play Fastbond.

Turn 2: Another land. If you have Courser of Kruphix already in your hand, play Scouting Trek . Put all of your basic lands on the top of your library in any order you please. If you don't have Courser, do whatever you want, but DON'T play Scouting Trek.

Turn 3: Another land, then play Courser of Kruphix. If you played Scouting Trek last turn, and still have Fastbond on the field, you can now play ALL OF YOUR LANDS. Yes, every single one still in your deck and hand. Do it, then cross your fingers and pray for a Genesis Wave.

Turn 4: You should now have less than 28 cards in your deck. Do you have a Genesis Wave? If so, grin evilly and, in your best Xenagos impression, declare: "It's party time!" (This phrase is a mandatory part of this combo, just as saying "It's coming!" is a mandatory part of using Infernal Spawn of Evil ). Pop all of your Strip Mines on the field before and after casting Genesis Wave, so that your opponent can't cope with the awesomeness coming his/her way. Then cast Genesis Wave, so that X is equal to the number of cards left in your deck, and empty your deck of permanents. MAKE SURE to play the 3 Genesis Chambers first, so that you will get 3 1/1 Myr tokens for each creature you play, for a max total of 30 (this is provided that you don't have to play any creatures in your hand; don't play any creatures from your hand unless you have all the existing copies of Xenagos, God of Revels, Laboratory Maniac, Siege Behemoth, or Hydra Broodmaster in your hand). In addition to 30 tokens, you should have 10 nontoken creatures, a planeswalker, and an empty library. Activate Xenagos, the Reveler's +1 ability to add 40 mana to your mana pool, and use it to make Hydra Broodmaster monstrous. Start your combat phase, so that Xenagos, God of Revels's ability will activate, giving Hydra Broodmaster haste and doubling its P/T until end of turn. Siege Behemoth's ability will also activate, allowing you to assign Broodmaster's combat damage as though it weren't blocked.

Turn 5: Asssuming Hydra Broodmaster didn't do the trick for some reason (coughSwords to Plowsharescough), and your opponent didn't have a Bile Blight that he/she could cast, on the next turn Laboratory Maniac wins you the game.

His deck is just for fun. I realize that Fastbond and Strip Mine are banned and restricted in a variety of formats, but this deck simply doesn't have the internal consistency to be broken. This was partly a deliberate decision on my part, and partly just the way this deck came together. So if you have suggestions as to how to make this deck more consistent, suggest away, but keep in mind that I don't want this to be overwhelmingly consistent. That uncertainty is part of what makes the party exciting.
