This deck relies on Athreos, God of Passage Ability to return Shadowborn Apostle to my hand, or effectively burn a target player of 3 life.

A cruel choice, especially when I tutor for Door of Destinies (to make Shadowborn Apostles stronger each time they return), Mortal Combat (make aggro and life-gain decks hesitate, do they really want to attack, and take the damage?) and Contamination meaning I lock-out non-black decks, cripple Black hybrid decks, and allow Artifact decks and Mono-Blacks to go nuts.)
