Nah, Spell Mastery will happen by then. 4B for a 4 mana card with 2 counters on it.

Sort by Latest Set, you'll see a few cards that need replacing. FRF and KTK are gone. But mostly the deck should still work. Still have that artifact, and still have plenty of black deathtouch creatures.

HeyI haven't updated for a while, so some of the deck is no longer standard legal. The paper deck itself has morphed into a more conventional control deck, still budget conscious though. I'll put a link to the new deck. I had a lot of fun playing the pathway deck at FNMs, the people i played against, not so much.

Have you considered Viridian Longbow? You have to pay 1 more to attach it, but you can tap it without paying mana. Looks like a fun deck! =)
