A somewhat midrange 'Murica deck including the stickiest of all early threats, Geist of Saint Traft. There's a light black splash for Lingering Souls as well.

Things I am sure of: Geist is outstanding in this deck. As is Snapcaster. The number of planeswalkers is basically perfect.

Things I am unsure of: Number of cheap counterspells. It sometimes feels like too few, but so far I've just killed everything before it's really a threat. Lingering Souls. I'm not sure it's worth the black splash, but it's so easy to do and the card is so much value.Manabase, especially fetches used. Obviously, there should be Scalding Tarns, but this deck is actually the physical list; I don't have any Tarns.
