Lt. Unicorn, Commander has proven to be pretty decent when I've played it. Banding + abusing the lieutenant mechanic is a good combo in mono-white.

I have to ask, can you play Dryad Arbor from the command zone? And if you can, how does commander tax effect it?

You can only CAST cards from the command zone in PDH (we made this rule since there wasnt a need for on in normal EDH). This means it can be your commander but never be able to cast it.

An Impetuous Protege + Proud Mentor deck, trying to see what Partner is like in Pauper EDH. Title reflects the butt-tier Proud Mentor. I wouldn't be too proud if I was a Gideon's Lawkeeper that costs too much.

By paper rules, it's technically still an Uncommon. MTGO is weird in terms of pauper legality. Anyways, if it's an online list, go for it, but if not well.. you can't, really.

PDH rules try to be as clear as we can that a card is legal in our format if it was made common ANYWHERE. Paper, Online, etc.

Skirge Familiar is common online which is certainly legal in PDH. This doesn't change if you play PDH in paper or online.
