Speaking of combos,
Ruffigan have you thought about including a combo section to your primer?

Do you guys like Abzan Beastmaster? I like guys that draw you cards in not so card-drawy colors

@MagicBlues: I have, I actually have two parts finsihed so far: Banishing Knack and Martyrdom. I am working on a Freed from the Real, Ivy Lane Denizen, Ashnod's Altar, Ghostly Flicker, and Presence of Gond section as well.

@Podkomorka: It seems interesting. The draw is a little slow and it only has 1 toughness but an extra card each turn is super helpful. How would you fill out the deck?

Podkomorka: Its ability is fairly unreliable. Keeping a high toughness dude on the field might be hard given the abundance of removal available at the common level. Instead, I'd recommend something along the lines of Garruk's Packleader. Its draw is based on power, but it's more consistent and more abusable than a once per turn trigger.

@liamlennon: Must've slipped my mind, it seems like neat build around commander. How would you build it?

liamlennon you can make a hyper link by typing it in this format after removing all of the quotations: "["text to be a hyperlink"]"(" hyperlink")". It should look like this.

Aladdin from Chronicles, Dread Wight from Masters Edition IV, Junn Efreet from IV, Primal Clay from Magic 2013, Scarecrow from the dark, Xenic Poltergeist from Antiquities, and Zombie Master from Masters Edition IV would all be cool builds to se as well!

I recently managed to rebuild my Lorescale Coatl deck, and now I'm looking to build a slower grindier control deck. Any suggestions? (Preferably not using green or blue because I don't like overlapping between my decks.)

Maybe Underworld Coinsmith or Carnage Gladiator for the incremental damage?

Are there enough playable enchantments to reliably proc Underworld Coinsmith's ability?
January 7, 2018 12:40 p.m.
Yeah, though they are mostly going to be Auras. The bonus is that being in white gives you access to Heliod's Pilgrim and Totem-Guide Hartebeest and you have access to multiple reanimator enchantments like Angelic Renewal, Unhallowed Pact, and Shade's Form. Also stuff like Journey to Nowhere, Oblivion Ring, Gossamer Chains, and Oubliette.

Another great option for a super slow controlling build is to go with Auriok Salvagers. Although it might not be your style if you don't want to have some repetitive turns

Can there be a section in the description for deck submissions? I think it could be useful to give others ideas of how a certain commander is played. This could also motivate people to build stronger and more optimized versions of decks since only the most optimized and favored would be listed in the description.
