The goal is to assemble one of the deck's many infinite combos as fast as possible. There are a lot of different combos and variations on combos in the deck, so I'm going to try to go over them all, but it's possible that I've missed one or two, so let me know if you find one I missed.

Some combos are listed multiple times in the following guide, for ease of categorization.

Peregrine Drake Combos

Ghostly Flicker

Peregrine Drake + Ghostly Flicker + Mnemonic Wall/Archaeomancer

Generate infinite mana, then draw your deck, either by flickering Sultai Soothsayer or by infinitely recurring any draw spell.

Freed from the Real

Peregrine Drake + Freed from the Real + Retraction Helix/Banishing Knack + 5 Lands that can produce at least 6 mana

Soul Salvage

Peregrine Drake + Soul Salvage + Mnemonic Wall/Archaeomancer + Viscera Seer/Carrion Feeder

This combo requires that you have 5 lands that can tap for at least 7 or 8 mana. This can be accomplished using some combination of the following:

Utopia Sprawl, Fertile Ground, Dimir Aqueduct, Golgari Rot Farm, Simic Growth Chamber

At best, this combo generates infinite mana. At worst, it lets you scry infinitely or make an infinite/infinite Carrion Feeder. Either way, Elusive Spellfist, Essence Warden, or Selhoff Occultist can get you the win.

Ivy Lane Denizen Combos

Persist Combos

Ivy Lane Denizen + Aerie Ouphes/Grazing Kelpie + Viscera Seer/Carrion Feeder

This combo requires Essence Warden or Selhoff Occultist to actually win.

Devoted Druid

Ivy Lane Denizen + Devoted Druid + Presence of Gond

Ivy Lane Denizen + Devoted Druid + Banishing Knack/Retraction Helix + Arbor Elf/Elves of Deep Shadow + Essence Warden

Make infinite 1/1 elves. Or, cast Helix/Knack on Devoted Druid to infinitely bounce one of your one-cost green creatures and gain infinite life with Essence Warden

Freed from the Real Combos

Simple Infinite Mana Combos

Freed from the Real + Axebane Guardian

Freed from the Real + Krosan Restorer

Freed from the Real + Arbor Elf + Utopia Sprawl/Fertile Ground

Freed from the Real + Lifespark Spellbomb + Utopia Sprawl/Fertile Ground/Dimir Aqueduct/Simic Growth Chamber

Freed from the Real is the easiest way to generate infinite mana, which can immediately lead to a win since we can often chain draw spells to draw our deck. As such, Freed from the Real is a very high priority card to tutor for.
