Tallowisp pauper EDH deck - your general may be any uncommon creature, and all other cards must be common.

The game plan is voltron/enchantress. Play a lot of spirits, use Tallowisp's ability to tutor up some powerful auras, then enchant him (her? it?) with them and go smack people for 21. You should usually tutor for Hyena Umbra first for early protection, with Mask of Law and Grace or Shield of Duty and Reason following up to make him nigh-unblockable. Then pump him up with Knightly Valor and Ethereal Armor and go to town. Since pauper doesn't have any real wrath effects, it's difficult to get around the wall of protective enchantments you've put up around your general. (It does fold to Multani's Decree and Calming Verse , though.)
