Is this deck supposed to be budget? Because you need Hallowed Fountain and Flooded Strand both of which are easy to obtain cheaply since they were reprinted just in the last two sets. Your land drops are key in control :)

I actually forgot to mention that lol.

The deck isn't really up to fight other competitive decks, so I don't intend on putting too much budget on it. Though I might consider getting those dual lands if I get the chance (and money).

If you wanted to make this modern legal, I would suggest taking out Propaganda and using Sphinx's Revelation instead, it provides amazing card draw and lifegain.
