Hi, i need help with building a deck. It doesn't have to the best deck in the world but it has to retain it's theme.

I wanted to build a W/B deck based around the thought that opponent has to pay for every action (playing spells, attacking, killing my creatures etc.) and that he gets "taxed" by extorts, because nothing is really free in this world, isn't it? Especially if you're messing with Orzhov.

I think that Blind Obedience is the center of the whole deck because it slows the enemy down. Michiko Konda, Truth Seeker accompanied by Grave Pact and Ghostly Prison is there to punish attacking and dealing damage.Dash Hopes is a 2 mana counter (i guess that is the best Black deck is going to get) with a hefty price for an enemy to prevent it.Blood Artist is there to collect taxes for... Well, dying. Crypt Ghast and Liliana of the Dark Realms are included because i kind of felt that this deck could use some ramp because of all the mana i have to pay for extorts. Also Crypt Ghast is good because it itself has extort.I like Obzedat, Ghost Council very much because it seems like a very resilient method of dealing 2-7 damage for multitude of turns and it cannot be stopped by sorceries.I have my doubts about Blood Baron of Vizkopa because I am not really sure I am ever going to achieve this 30/10 life goal. If i do I have thought of him as a finisher.

I don't really like One Thousand Lashes but I've included it as it fits the theme well. I am seriously thinking about removing it.

Maybeboard are some of the things I thought about and thought that they could fit nicely inside the theme.I am still writing this description but feel free to check the deck out and try to organize something that makes sense.
