Penny Dreadful deck -

Abusing Cephalid's bounce with prowess creatures to beat down the opponent. This deck heavily punishes slower decks, durdly decks, or ones with clunky draws. Go aggressive from the start and abuse your prowess triggers and cantrips.

If you have the chance, wait for tun 4 to cast Cephalid Constable and Reckless Charge to bounce 4 of their permanents.

Post-Board: Lunar Force is awesome in this deck. Use it as a pro-active counter, or make them use their turn inefficiency (you are a tempo deck after all). It also fuels the graveyard for delirium making your Invasive Surgery that much stronger.
