Pauper EDH with the intention of being semi-viable in a regular EDH table.

Main goal is to ramp and cycle through deck with land drops. Tutor and go infinite mana with flickering spells (Displace or Ghostly Flicker). Stream of Thought for a mill win condition and capsize to full board bounce+lock for an alternative win condition. Soft locks with Deprive/Gush + Mystic Sanctuary allows for additional control.
