This is a first attempt at a Pauper Dragon Highlander deck based on another EDH deck I created recently on a budget of the same commander, Raff, Weatherlight Stalwart. This deck simply tries its hardest to lean into our commander's strengths, which is constant card advantage with numerous spells and token creatures to get us there. To win, we simply swing wide while using Raff's activated ability as well as some other pump effects found in this deck. Tell me what you guys think and let me know what you would switch out!
