Steps to Potential Victory

1. Play enough cards to summon my general.
2. Search for either Elvish Piper or Kruphix, God of Horizons depending on the situation.
3. Search for and summon (or cheat in) Tishana, Voice of Thunder for no maximum handsize and to draw cards.
4. Search for and summon (or cheat in) Prime Speaker Zegana .
5. Hope by the grace of god that Omniscience is one of cards drawn.
6. If Omniscience is played, spit out a bunch of creatures and kill your opponents with the overwhelming force of your enormous, slimy, pulsating... uh...
7. ...I forgot where I was.
8. Oh yeah; diet merfolk army!

Important Cards

Merrow Commerce : Untapping my primary creature type is valuable to me.

Asceticism and Archetype of Endurance : Prevents my important creatures from being targeted.

Levitation and Archetype of Imagination : Because my creatures don't have flying.

Mind's Eye : Speeds up the deck.

Vizier of Many Faces : Basically Clone .

Urban Evolution : Very good draw spell.

Doubling Season : Because I have the card and not using it would be a dumb idea.

Omniscience : Win condition.
