I got the idea of a bird tribal for Kryptobrodie's Rain of Feathers deck http://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/rain-of-feathers/ and decided to try to make a budget version because i thought bird tribal sounded really fun to play. Any tips/suggestions are welcome!
