Why these commanders?

Think of the command zone as an extension of your hand; you're always starting with 8 cards when you're playing partners. Additionally, Ley Weaver plays nicely with our primary win con Freed from the Real and Lore Weaver provides us an outlet for infinite blue mana. Basically, 2/3 of our combo is always in our hand which is super sweet.

Plan A

Generate infinite mana with a Freed from the Real + Ley Weaver combo, then use Lore Weaver to deck everyone.

Additionally, we have other untap guys for added redundancy and consistency. However, because none of our other untap land guys can untap 2 lands (except Krosan Restorer ); we need to jump through some hoops. Cards like Market Festival and Fertile Ground essentially, allow us to build our own Ley Weaver . Simic Growth Chamber and High Tide can also be used as a substitute in a pinch.

Plan B

Generating infinite mana with Peregrine Drake + Ghostly Flicker + Archaeomancer / Scrivener / Salvager of Secrets then have everyone draw their deck using Lore Weaver

Plan C

So, if you can only produce infinite green mana because you slapped Freed from the Real on a creature that can only untap one land and you've either got Wild Growth on an island or Utopia Sprawl on a forest naming blue; you still can make an army of 1/1s with Sprout Swarm however, you'll need to wait a turn to attack.
