The idea is put the maximum number of creatures from the battlefield to your cemetery.

Solemn Simulacrum, Perilous Myr and Viridian Emissary give us some control when they go to the graveyard and increases the power of Splinterfright. Birthing Pod will help us to put the Splinterfright on the table putting on the graveyard Perilous Myr or Viridian Emissary. Fume Spitter is a good way to put 2 creatures in one turn doing 2 damage points ( puting a counter on Perilous Myr) or search a land ( puting the counter on Viridian Emissary).

Wreath of Geists could be very useful on Typhoid Rats, Acidic Slime or Splinterfright.

Smallpox is a perilous card but provably you will have more lands (Solemn Simulacrum, Viridian Emissary) and send a creature to the graveyard will suppose an advantage to you. Altar's Reap and Solemn Simulacrum minimize the effect of discard a card.
