Just a quick mock up for a deck based around Permeating Mass, monogreen control may now actually be a thing.

Lock out the board from creatures by turning anything and everything into Permeating Mass, with cards to help maximise the pain such as Prey Upon and Vines of the Recluse, then bring the powerhouse Emrakul, the Promised End into play to destroy the opponent during the midgame when your masses are at their least effective, with help from ramp cards such as Cryptolith Rite and Oath of Nissa.

Stay in the game for as long as you can with Jaddi Offshoot for major lifegain in the early turns until you get in a Permeating Mass or are able to bring in the hordes of little ones with the help of Collected Company
