The idea that I'm going with is to get extremely expensive creatures asap, either by Elvish Piper or having enough land from casting Rampant Growth or Cultivate. Then wiping out all smaller costing creatures and stomping over top of them after they no longer have any creatures out on the field using Pernicious Deed.
