A standard budget deck worthy of fear. It revolves around the infinite creation of thopters with Whirler Virtuoso along with a combination of Decoction Module and Panharmonicon on the board. Winning without the combo on table is still viable however. Due to the low cost of mana for all cards, it can be surprisingly quick!

Card breakdown:

4x Servant of the Conduit , reliable 2-drop, gets energy, gets panharmonicon out on turn 3

4x Reckless Fireweaver, early blocker, once panharmonicon enters he starts to wreck for an early win, likes infinite thopters for an instant win

4x Glint-Nest Crane, early blocker, great with panharmonicon and getting your key pieces

4x Prophetic Prism, with panharmonicon, its too good to pass

4x Decoction Module , you instinct would be to play this early, however, its much more useful later in the game to trigger gremlins or fireweavers, only really important for the combo. Panharmonicon is much better for getting energy

2x Harnessed Lightning, energy based removal to get rid of problematic creatures

2x Fabrication Module, combo piece with decoction module and the infinte combo to get a kill with a weenie instead of the thopters, who tend to get summoning sickness

2x Salivating Gremlins , alt wincon, likes panharmonicon and thopters, weak creature but lethal if left unchecked

1x Pilgrim's Eye, generic utility

4x Whirler Virtuoso , main combo piece, let him sit in your hand and play him only if you know he will wreck

1x Welding Sparks , removal for high toughness creatures

1x Saheeli Rai, her +1 is somewhat useful, her -2 is great on a whirler or another panharmonicon, her ultimate will get you all the combo pieces

4x Panharmonicon, combo's with everything

The manacurve is somewhat wonkey and I'm still changing the sideboard ever so often. Let me know what you think! Criticism is most welcome and always appreciated.
