A cheap infect deck. The key combo here, however, is actually Cauldron of Souls + Melira, Sylvok Outcast , which can give all your creatures persist. Melira still gets a -1/-1 counter, but all your other creatures come back without them if you stack it so she comes back first. Also, there are a few ways to regenerate her in the deck, which avoids this problem.
