My purphoros list, subject to massive change, will be adding more goblins and splashy cards. Check EDHREC for an idea of what I'm aiming for. First change most likely to happen is Loreseeker's Stone for Vance's Blasting Cannons  . After that cards will be switched out based on when I find what I'm looking for, first few on the chopping block are Mass Mutiny , Akoum Stonewaker . Seer's Lantern , Magnifying Glass and Chandra's Outrage . Reckless Fireweaver looks weird to me too, I put it in on a whim, but I want to give it a chance especially after I add more artifact and thopter cards like Pia Nalaar , Loyal Apprentice , Genesis Chamber , Spawning Pit , and potentially Hangarback Walker . If you know of another Reckless Fireweaver type effect please let me know I'd love to try it out. I have heard complaints about Orochi Hatchery but despite having it in a commander deck for years I've never drawn it so I can't say how well it works. Heirloom Blade seems to be decent but I don't have many goblins at the moment so it usually finds humans or constructs.
