First draft with room for improvement. Consider protection for phage, haste enablers, more evasion, more ways to safely play phage such as returning her from graveyard to hand. getting a functioning deck balance is a bit rough. may take a peek at a few other decks. The mana curve could use some work and its a bit over budget. However most of the higher budget cards should at least be considered when upgrading the deck. The idea was to incorporate as many board control elements as possible, unfortunatly black contol is not a strong suit of mine. Flavor cards such as swat, siphon soul, aphetto dredging, death match, graveborn muse, infest, and smother where all excluded from this list because i felt there were better choices. Many of them could slot into the deck rather well however and should be considered to reduce the power level or just for fun.
