Unusual cards for black. Anyone got more tips?

Oh, and I'm not looking for obvious equipment etc. (like Whispersilk Cloak) to win. I intend to play Phage only as a last resort.

I don't have a Torpor Orb but the other cards to enable me to play Phage are in: Sundial of the Infinite, Withering Boon, Thrull Wizard and Platinum Angel.

Just notices that this is a nice budget deck. Well, except for Coalition Relic and Slaughter Pact but those can be easily swapped for something else. In fact, I'm not too sure about the relic in a mono black deck.
