Make lots of tokens, for everyone, then kill everything.

The point of this deck is to give away a ton of tokens, then make your opponents pay for each creature they control. Failing that, you can switch it up to Golgari aggro and make the tokens for yourself.

: Unwanted Gifts:

Akroan Horse, Seed the Land, Tombstone Stairwell, Genesis Chamber, Forbidden Orchard, Hunted Horror, Hunted Troll, Primal Vigor, and Pharika herself.

With all these token generators, there should be a lot of tokens flying around. Now for the good part...

: Make Them Pay:

Shriveling Rot, Stronghold Discipline, Blood Artist, Blood Seeker, Falkenrath Noble, Massacre Wurm, Pygmy Kavu, Netherborn Phalanx, Poisonbelly Ogre, Sangromancer, Ward of Bones, Dingus Staff.

Using a number of the reliable ways to take out (most) of the unbuffed tokens (Pestilence and ilk, Illness in the Ranks, Golgari Charm, Conjurer's Closet + Massacre Wurm, etc.) rain down death triggers upon their heads. Or let them keep their enchantment creatures and not let them play either of those permanent types (Ward of Bones) or draw so many cards (Pygmy Kavu). Tombstone Stairwell is brutally effective here. You may only be able to pay three or four upkeeps, but your opponents should all be dead before you need to worry about that.

: Cantrip, sac, then exile

Too many to list

A lot of the creatures cantrip when they enter the battlefield (Eidolon of Blossoms, most notably, because it makes your snakes cantrip as well), and many of the others have cycling (Twisted Abomination, Krosan Tusker, etc.). Using any of the sacrifice outlets (Phyrexian Vault, Carnage Altar), put any of the now useless creatures in your graveyard to make snakes out of!

: Why is B/G stealing my stuff?

Ritual of the Machine, Helm of Possession, Enslave.

Pretty off color for B/G, but why play your own win con when you can just steal someone else's? Best way to deal with an untimely Avacyn or other hard to remove (except shroud/hexproof) creatures.

And if all else fails, just control the board with Thornbite Staff or Viridian Longbow on a deathtouch snake or wolf and wait till you can cast an Army of the Damned or a well devoted Abhorrent Overlord to bash face.
