The primary win condition is to deck out your opponents, BUT the primary focus of this deck is to have fun. The main plan is to have everyone play all their stuff while making your opponents go after each other instead of you. Every card that does not draw out your opponents is in here to keep you alive until you're the last one standing.

The key to playing this deck is making a lot of friends, trying to balance out who you help, while at the same time slowly setting up your opponents for long-term mill. Cards like Prosperity and Skyscribing are finishers that can really burst people's decks out with all the land you accumulate in this deck.

Speaking of which, the land base is interesting for this deck. Where most multi-color EDH decks with no budget restrictions will always roll tons of dual/fecth lands, there are very few here. The reason is this deck rolls cards like Collective Voyage and New Frontiers that rely on having lots of basics to tutor out. As a result, we dont need nearly as much mana fixing or ramp that many other EDH decks require.

With a few exceptions, creatures in this deck must either mill or provide game-control. There are many ways to accomplish this such as getting permanents on the board via Braids, Conjurer Adept or Hunted Wumpus, giving out free mana via cards like Shizuko, Caller of Autumn, or protecting vulnerable players via Dawnstrider or Wishmonger. You want to make sure no one is too strong or too weak because they are all tools at keeping you alive! A balanced game means you are not under threat and it means you get more time to mill and build up your enchantments.
