Phenax, God of Deception plus all of the high toughness wall/defender creatures.

Doorkeeper can generate some significant mill alongside the other defender creatures, or tap for 4 with Phenax.

Nephalia Drownyard is more thematic/symbolic then serious mill, but if the game grinds on it could be useful.

Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver gives less mill, but he exiles those cards, can cast a creature from among those exiled and can prevent graveyard recursion. Jace, Memory Adept gives either card draw or mill, his ultimate ability if/when triggered could end the game.

Tunnel Vision in conjunction with Junktroller, Hinder, Spell Crumple, AEtherspouts and Vessel of Endless Rest give me the potential to mill an opponent out of the game. A few of the higher end mill spells will help get things going: Traumatize, Startled Awake  , Mind Grind, Psychic Drain, Increasing Confusion and Fascination which could be a late game win condition itself.

Traumatize or Fleet Swallower could combo with Fraying Sanity to eliminate an opponent.

Along with Ashiok there is Bojuka Bog to help with graveyard recursion.

Jace, Memory Adept, Baral, Chief of Compliance, Fascination, Borrowing 100,000 Arrows and Pull from Tomorrow should give me some card draw and allow me to find things I need.

Duskmantle Guildmage combos with Mindcrank and 7 mana to create an infinite mill loop on one opponent, but with the first ability it can turn a simple mill into lethal damage on a weakened opponent. This ability could combo off of Tree of Perdition and Increasing Confusion or Startled Awake  

Mindcrank has obvious global effect. But can also work in tandem with Drain Life

Drain Life and Psychic Drain give the chance to recover some life if necessary.

AEtherize, AEtherspouts, River's Rebuke and Cyclonic Rift give me some board wipes to help cope with aggro that develops ahead of my mill.

Control spells are hopefully going to keep Phenax and my defenders alive to generate mill.
