Swifter20554 I would probably take out some of the more obscure, unlikely combos, like Junktroller + Tunnel Vision . It's fun if you can get it off, but otherwise those cards are dead draws. Stifle and Altar of Dementia are also pretty situational, but I like them so I personally run them despite them not being very efficient.
daedra37 Thanks for the tips about Arbiter of the Ideal and Oblivion Sower. Personally I'm not crazy about Oblivion Sower, but it could be worth a try all the same. Thanks for the help!

Surgespanner and Glacial Chasmpriceless do it on the player before you's end step and never pay life for it

It is kinda off your strat, but you could consider running Traumatize and spell copy and redirect effects, as well as a bit of recursion.
I'm running an EDH mill for multiplayer where I can usually cast Traumatize on at least 2-3 opponents most games, assuming my graveyard doesn't get hosed. I've paired it with Echo Mage and Twincast to pretty good effect, though the Echo Mage is helped by the fact that I am running a lot of proliferate effects (mostly to charge mana rocks based on charge counters, Everflowing Chalice, Astral Cournucopia etc. to ideally hit a game winning Mind Grind as early as possible..)
Essentially, I want to win the game off Mind Grind, and Traumatize halves the mana I need to get to do that, while spell copy and recursion mean I can keep my mill spells low, leaving space for other answers and tutors to directly hit the mind grind when it's time.

Ever thought of using Spell Crumple or Locust Miser? Spell crumple is a good counter spell that would combo with Tunnel Vision, and locust miser just puts even more limits on what your apponents can do.

Your whole plan's ruined if at least one opponent has Kozilek or something in their deck.

lol that's the entire problem with mill, but there are cards in black and blue where you can pull specific cards from a deck into exile

@xX_Sarkhavski_Xx I'm sadly aware of this fact, which is why I'm glad I was advised to add in some instant speed graveyard hate. Things like Ravenous Trap, Tormod's Crypt, and Relic of Progenitus. There's Sadistic Sacrament to remove this problem from one player's deck, which is very handy endgame, and Coffin Queen is kind of a backup that I hope I don't have to use, because they still get the reshuffle, but I get the eldrazi. I could also potentially just Stifle the trigger, which would feel oh so good. So the eldrazi reshuffle is pretty powerful against this deck, but Phenax isn't completely helpless.

No Undead Alchemist? It plus Thousand-Year Elixir is not infinite but it sure can cripple, if not fully mill, most decks! (With phenax out of course) I run these excellent combos in my phenax mill. Undead Alchemist+Thousand-Year Elixir also combos off even better with your Intruder Alarm

The main reason that I don't run Undead Alchemist is because my friends don't tend to run creature heavy decks. Nobody I play regularly with really plays aggro, so Undead Alchemist isn't super useful for me personally. If it works for you, please use it. Whatever maximizes the fun.

Grindstone is always handy.Even though you may not use it when it's out if you ever run out of something to do pay three and watch it mill. It's killer against mono colored decks

Why not make it so you mill yourself and win using Laboratory Maniac I feel like it would make the deck a lot more viable

why not use Leyline of the void? if in your hand on turn 0, all cards that would be put into graveyards would go into exile instead.
