This is my Phenax mill combo deck. You can win via mill, via self mill or damage. Its pretty fun.

I got a turn 2 mill win today. It was GLORIOUS!!! On top of this i found yet another way to abuse Isochron Scepter. So i had my opening hand Island, Swamp, Wight of Precinct Six, Mana Crypt, Dramatic Reversal, Mind Grind and Consuming Aberration. on my first turn i get Isochron Scepter on the draw. drop a swamp, cast the mana crypt, tap it to cast isochron scepter and exile the dramatic reversal.

turn 2 i draw dimir signet. drop my island, tap my crypt to drop the signet, tap an island to activate the signet. use the mana from the signet to activate isochron scepter, casting dramatic reversal, untapping my crypt, signet and scepter. Now i can tap my mana crypt to activate my signet, use 2 of the 3 mana generated to activate isochron scepter to rinse and repeat for infinite mana. I generate 100 mana just for shits and giggles, Drop mind grind for 50 to make sure i get eveything. Sure enough, nobody had any pesky Eldrazi so thier libraries emptied right out and that was game.
