Alright I'm not trying to put down your deck in any way shap or form but I used to run a mill deck I spent a lot of time and money on it granted I loved the deck just because it was fun to play but I wanted to get competitive as I see you do but all I can say is that mill is not a very strong in standard play the current meta just functions to well around it there are still certain mill cards that can be a threat such as jace memory adept he can set up a timer untill your opponents death as long as you can keep him alive or mind grind a huge mill threat especially with ramp or just do a quick traumatize half the library is pretty good but I would definitly keep a aspect of mill but how about this do super friends useing jace start the timer ashiok I'll take those creatures and kiora some protection chuck in some removal to kill off there creatures than throw in a simic touch to get threatening creatures out fast some ramp to go along with Mind grind if you choose or throw in like 2 traumatize to increase the timer set by jace memory adept and consuming abberation for a stupid big win con along with whatever else you want to do I hope this helps

-1 AEtherling to focus on mill.
-2x Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver the exile messes with the mill.
Not really a mill player but from what ive seen around these seem like ok changes.

Solid beginning to a deck, but you will most definitely need to get Hero's Downfall . It will be invaluable to be able to kill their planeswalkers, otherwise you will take and ultimate Domri Rade or Garruk, Caller of Beasts to the face and lose.
