Phenax, God of Deception - Mill & Reanimation. This deck is different from many Phenax decks because it doesn't focus on "big butts" to mill but more on abusable tap effects and reanimation; however, I want to be able to consistently win by mill.

My Vision

1. Mill - I want this deck to successfully mill opponents. Successful enough I do not have rely on combat damage to win.
2. Reanimation - I want to be able to use any graveyard to make graveyard hate less effective and I want my enemies to fear thier own creatures. But, I dont want be reliant on reanimation to win.
3. Untap effects - These are to increase the effectiveness of Phenax's mill and abuse creatures with powerful tap effects.
