With this Phenax deck you have the option of milling your opponent out or milling yourself out if you feel like being risky.
Rather than go with mill cards everywhere I've gone with ways to manipulate graveyard and library.
Milling out the opponent with creatures is easy, but getting the right cards can sometimes be hard if you're sending them to your own graveyard, so I've tried to add ways to compensate for that.
Sewer Nemesis gets terrifying over time, Eater of the Dead becomes a machine-gun of mill, Tunnel Vision will mill an entire deck when combined with any of the Fateseal cards or Hinder/Spell Crumple, and Mirror-Mad Phantasm can mill your entire deck with a Necrotic Ooze to net you a Laboratory Maniac victory with a Think Twice flashback. Necrotic Ooze is just super useful to have out when everything is in your graveyard.
7 years of playing and tweaking have resulted in this. I don't know that it will ever be complete - but it's fun, so enjoy!
