Intruder Alarm is a good card when paired with Phenax. Gives you the chance to mill out someone fast before it even cycles back to your turn.

Your creatures are all pretty expensive, maybe add a couple more lands to supplement the curve? Or include some more reanimator/cheating like Quicksilver Amulet, Animate Dead, or Reanimate to help cheat some out.
For mill, Mesmeric Orb is great.
Illusionist's Bracers or Rings of Brighthearth will help double your milling potential.
For your clone suite, I think it may be better for you to use cheaper clones like Clone or Phantasmal Image over Quicksilver Gargantuan. One of the benefits of using clones is discounted creatures.
You're running Spell Crumple and Hinder, but no Tunnel Vision. Is there a reason for this? Also, cards like Bloodchief Ascension turn mill into a win-con.

I'm going to respond to that comment with one sentence:
I don't play EDH competitively.

Teferi, Temporal Archmage?? He'll let you do your Jaces on your opponent's turn too..

I thought about it, he also lets me mill twice with a dude, which is cool. I haven't really looked at the list in a long time though, I'll revise it some time soon and post the changes.

Nice build +1. Just one suggestion maybe consider Body Double over clone?

Thanks a bunch.
I prefer clone because I'd much rather copy stuff on my board, like Undead Alchemist or Sire of Stagnation. Clone is also a placeholder for Sakashima basically.

If your running Szadek then a Trepanation Blade should be in there as well, it works so well with Szadek to make him massive

I don't think Trepanation Blade is worth running for the few creatures that attack and mill at the same time. I thought about it, but there are so many better cards for me.
Edit: Actually, it might be good if I take out Mirko, I'm sort of on the verge of trying to find a replacement for him. Nevermind, that was dumb, Mirko is better than Blade.

A 1/1 with no evasion isn't exactly something I want to be running. I don't wanna clog my deck with ways to get attacks through.

I find it almost blasphomus to run mill with out a copy of mill stone even if its a bad card

Well, you responded to yourself for me. It's a truly terrible card. Nephalia Drownyard is almost strictly better because it doesn't take up a card slot.

yeah i know, its just a nostalgic thing almost. However in testing this deck i ran into a mana problem alot maybe add a few more dual lands.

I've never had a mana problem with this deck in testing. Just mulligan strategically.

Water T would be proud and get schwifty with this deck. Well done.
You may want to consider adding Mortivore and/or Nighthowler. It really gives your mill power the extra oomph, especially with Consuming Aberration.

I already removed both of those cards in the past, they were bad most of the time so I cut those kinds of cards down.

No thanks. I do like combos, but that combo is just rude.
