This is a blue/black "millstone" deck. The goal is to seem innocuous, and even helpful in the early game, and then trigger some massive draws or library-to-graveyard effects later on to deck my opponents (preferably all at the same time).

There's also a streak of graveyard recovery, including several that can steal from opponent's graveyards. Then there are other cards that play off the theme like Lazav, Dimir Mastermind.
