For those who have stumbled upon this list in confusion; Dandan is a format where you share an 80-card deck. The most basic principles are to have 10 of one creature, 8 of a card that is key to the gameplay, and 2 of each other non-basic.
Phoe-phoe (fee-fee) is a red Dandan list designed around Chandra's Phoenix. Discard it for value, then fight over it with your opponent as you slowly burn each other out. Cards like Searing Blaze allow you to kill opposing phoenixes and either get others out of the graveyard or hit Planeswalkers. Dance around priority with a variety of cards that can be cast from the graveyard.
Tibalt's Trickery adds some chaos to the game. Stopping an important burn spell might give your opponent pivotal card advantage. The bonus mill effect could add even more options.
