Phenax, God of Deception was the second EDH deck I built after coming back to the game a few years ago. The list - as it stands today - has changed significantly since that first build, but I've always found mill to be a fun strategy even if it doesn't work all that effectively.

This deck can ruin someone's day in a hurry, though, and that is the reason I think I enjoy playing it so much. It can also really help accelerate graveyard shenanigans for potential political allies. If you've got any awesome tech I may be missing, leave a comment and let me know.
