This deck is centered around the Phyrexian Dreadnought and attempts to utilize it in true Golgari fashion. Although many people tend to use Torpor Orb or Stifle to cheat the 12/12 into play, this strategy is a bit different. There are a few uses for him:

• Lethal Damage Berserk + Phyrexian Dreadnought + Ram Through In hopes of an opponent dropping a mana dork or any creature with maximum toughness of 4, I try and do lethal damage through this 3 piece. With the 'sac power 12 or' greater on the stack I hope to double the power and hit it with ram through. Combo is weak to opponent destroying the creature invalidating the ram through target.

• High Creature Count Phyrexian Dreadnought + Tend the Pests For 3 mana I can put 12 1/1s into play. With the chance of doing this on the first turn, it can prove to be very offensive. Can be vulnerable to accessible removal such as Pyroclasm. As a backup, Creakwood Liege can strengthen pests well if they are not destroyed.

• Going Digging Phyrexian Dreadnought + Varolz, the Scar-Striped If the above 2 do not work, Varolz can always go digging. Can be a great way to reuse a deadnought.

As a backup for more of these combos, Daemagoth Titan can be a stand-in although the high casting cost is not ideal.

I'm trying to find room for Duress or Thoughtseize as it seems like any black deck is going to need it. Would love to hear feedback and suggestions! Also working towards a proper sideboard
