Hello, this is my 4th deck that i post here. What I wanted to do with this deck is to take most of the adantage i could with my Blue cards by making the opponent to discard cards, gain life from it and at the same time make him get less probabilities to get a good hand.

I'm still learning though so everything you want to say about my deck, I'm open to suggestions (:
