The Inspiration

When I learned to play. I discovered early on that I need some blue in my decks for control. This led to my discovery of Mill and Nightveil Specter. Since then I’ve learned that you can have control without bye but Nightveil’s ability is still one of my favorite. So I built That's a nice card, I think I'll take it and now I’m adapting it for Commander.

The Goal

Building a deck that lets me pilot your deck too while keeping it as budget as possible. At least in the beginning. The maybe board already has some cards that I eventually want to add but can’t affoard to put in out the gate.

I need help with

1. Finishing this deck out
2. Deciding if I should keep Sen Triplets as a commander so I can splash white or drop them for Xanathar, Guild Kingpin since they both do pretty much the same thing. OR Should I run X as my commander and just put Xanathar in the deck?
3. Keeping the cost as low as possible

Update#

I have since learned that X is not commander legal but have left him in the maybeboard so I can, hopefully get suggestions on alternatives.
