I once shot a man in Reno just to steal his life total.

Life gain, life drain, repeatable pinging damage, and a big board full of permanents are some of my favorite mechanics, so that's what this deck is based around. Essentially the game plan is to use a wide array of stuff to make yourself as unsavory a target as possible, while slowly building yourself and bleeding your opponents down. I would appreciate more suggestions for how to do that better. If you have suggestions, I'd also really appreciate hearing what should go out in favor of the new stuff. And no, I'm not just going to drop Felidar Sovereign and pretend that was satisfying.

BONUS CHALLENGE: I prefer to play budget and just for fun, so I would like to keep the final deck total close to $70.
