During a very brief period, Demonic Pact + Harmless Offering was standard legal. At that time, Chris Botelho placed 8th at GP Portland with his Cat Pact, so I copied his decklist and had a ton of fun with it for about three months. Pioneer seems like the perfect format for this deck to make a comeback, so here is my take on it.
