Have you ever considered splashing red? This deck actually looks almost exactly like a deck that was popular in standard using Izzet Staticaster and Nightshade Peddler a while back. But red, as it is the primary color of "dealing damage" gives you a lot more options. Olivia Voldaren , Crackleburr , Goblin Sharpshooter , and the like. Red also gives you access to Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind , who works with Curiosity for an infinite combo. And, if you're not going to add red, you can at least consider Thornbite Staff , which can make any of your killer pinging creatures suddenly act like Goblin Sharpshooter once Death Pits of Rath hits the board.

Also, Psychic Strike is great, but milling can sometimes mill away a card the opponent needs and can sometimes mill them closer to the card they need. Since you don't need the mill, why not just go for Counterspell , which does the same thing for cheaper? Another alternative could be Perplex , which can force the opponent into a situation where they are top-decking and could be ditched if need be to search for one of your threats (allowing you to play less of them without compromising the consistency of the deck.

Finally, since I believe the true soul of this deck is actually Black/White/Red (though four-color has never been something I've shyed away from)... Vault of the Archangel would make this deck amazing. With a Goblin Sharpshooter or something equipped with Thornbite Staff , you could nuke your opponent's entire field and gain hell-tons of life! But if you don't like White, Basilisk Collar , Quietus Spike , Gorgon Flail ... Though, in my mind, using them would just be begging for the addition of Enlightened Tutor and Steelshaper's Gift to abuse the whole "Equipment-Based Combo" thing.

Thanks for the comments matbyrne, I've actually been experimenting doing the deck black/red since it allows for better pingers (Cunning Sparkmage and Goblin Sharpshooter ) as well as red's host of double-striking creatures. What I've found is a very different feel for how it plays (not bad mind you, just different). I really like the Thornbite Staff and Izzet Staticaster suggestions and think a seperate blue/red deck might be the way to go (substituting your artifact suggestions in for Death Pits of Rath ). I'm also inerested in what other ideas you might have for including white other than the tutoring options.

Honestly, i don"t have any other suggestions about including white other than to search for artifacts and enchantments, which is why I focused the majority of my suggestions around adding red, which I think is the way to go. I would also actually suggest swapping green for black to add Green Sun's Zenith , Worldly Tutor and Nightshade Peddler , thereby giving you a consistent means to either find your ping creatures or to give them deathtouch and then, for added fun, you could add Domri Rade , which can further help find them, force your opponent to fight them and die, and his ultimate is terrifying. Ral Zarek could help untap your killers too.
