Izzet budget deck, with parts of classic blue/red control/burn. Main version is a standard izzet instakill combo + anti-creature, side is speed/counter boost against sorcery-heavy decks (black and black/blue) with player targeting spells and a late drop creature. Also, it's convertable to Pauper.

I noticed that most decks of this type tend to focus on the creatures and as a result have a problem with creature sacrifice and cheap mass removal spells, without other means to win rather than a few conditioned creatures. Also, with Assault Strobe and Artful dodge and at least two sets of draw cards you have a relativly fast insta-kill combo for just 3 mana, so other creature boosts are redundant. Mizzium skin is cool beacause of the duration, but is helpless against player targeting spells. Enchantments are another pain, so a flexible mass return is a must.

This version should fix some of the problems, but it is just a budget one and can be improved.
